Apparently, I cannot take more than 2 shots at a time (not because I only have 2 arms, ok?) So next Friday, I will take the flu shot.
Alright, that's it. My arms are sore.

what you could have tried was, in this order -
scream
hit the nurse
THEN run.

Great suggestion! Make sure you let your patients know this is an option if they don't want therapy with you ya?
